About us

I have an honor to introduce you to my Design Office, which I create with my wonderful colleagues. This Office was established exactly 20 years ago, in April 2000 and since then the maine scope of our works are office interior designs.
In years 2000-2006 I have worked in cooperation with the DDJM Architectural Office, and then I was responsible for office designs in the BUMA SQUARE building, GTC GALILEO & NEWTON buildings and CBLI office building.

In 2006 I started to work for my own, not in cooperation with DDJM, and since then, the main area of our professional activity are the office fit out designs in office buildings, mostly in Cracow.
Our clients are BUMA Group – constantly for years, EKO PARK, PODIUM PARK, NOKIA SOLUTIONS AND NETWORKS, GLOBALWORTH and DEVELOPRES. We are proud to be the Design Service Team for NOKIA for our region, we design offices for NOKIA throughout Poland.

During our cooperation with BUMA we have designed the fit outs in office building complex like GREEN OFFICE, DOT OFFICE, RONDO BUSINESS PARK, QUATTRO BUSINESS PARK, TERTIUM A, WADOWICKA 3 and ALP5.
Now we are working on the fit outs in PRINCIPIO and PODIUM PARK office buildings. Examples of areas covered by our fit out designs are:
DOT OFFICE – 87,000 sqm (buildings from A to L), CU OFFICE – 23,000 sqm, WADOWICKA 3 – 31,200 sqm.

Apart from the fit outs design we also designed a few sets of medical clinics, canteens, showrooms etc. We also worked for banks and design bank branches and offices – Citibank, Alior Bank and Kredyt Bank were our clients for years.
Over the past 20 years, we have designed approximately 350,000 sqm of office space in Cracow, Warsaw, Wroclaw and Rzeszow (Poland).

We serve our clients in many fields, inludinng whole design process – functional concepts, interior designs, technical and executive designs and supervisions during the realisation of the projects. We can prepare projects of the existing office premisses redesign. We can also perform all accompanying services like workplace investigation, occupancy tracking, workplace survey.

We offer our consulting skills as well. We design the office spaces ourselves or serve as local architects for the international companies.

Today my team counts 7 people, all architects, four certified, all speak english. We cooperate with team of experienced branch designers and specialists.
We are following the trends in office space design by taking parts in conferences, courses and visiting the fairs like the ORGATEC in Cologne.

In years 1996-2000 I was the leading architect in Włodarczyk + Włodarczyk Architekci office where I took part in designing of the detail branches of the Bank BWR and the office building projects.

Years 2000-2006 I spent in close cooperation with the very well known Cracow architectural office DDJM Sp. z o.o. I was responsible for the design and supervision of the bank branches projects for Bank Handlowy – later purchased by Citigroup. During the cooperation we designed about 30 bank branches in old and new buildings in southern Poland. In the meantime I was designing the BUMA SQUARE office complex in Cracow – 36.000 sqm lease area, I was responsible for the whole fit out scope in this complex.

In January 2006 I started to work on my own with the group of the designers and we are specialized in office interior design. We are the authors of the office spaces in office complexes like GREEN OFFICE, DOT OFFICE, QUATTRO BUSINESS PARK, RONDO BUSINESS PARK, WADOWICKA 3 in Cracow, SKYRES in Rzeszow and WEST LINK Wroclaw.
